Terms of Discounts
Referrals
Eligibility:
The referral discount is available to existing customers of Verdant who have previously completed at least one drone spraying application with us.
Qualified Referral:
A referral is considered “qualified” when:The referred neighbor is a new customer to Verdant (no previous applications), and
Verdant completes a paid drone spraying application on the referred customer’s property.
Referral Reward:
The referring customer will earn $1.00 per acre sprayed during the referred customer’s completed application.
Example: If the referred customer books 250 acres, the referring customer earns $250 in credit.Reward Issuance:
Referral credits will be applied after the referred customer’s application is completed and payment is received in full.Usage of Credits:
Referral credits may be applied toward the referring customer’s next scheduled drone spraying application. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.Multiple Referrals:
Customers may refer multiple neighbors. Credits accumulate with no maximum limit unless prohibited by law.Non-Transferability:
Referral credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer who earned them.Program Changes:
Verdant reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Credits already earned will still be honored.Good Faith Policy:
All referrals must be made in good faith. Verdant reserves the right to deny credits in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misrepresentation.
Pre-Booking
Eligibility:
The pre-season booking discount is available to all customers who schedule an aerial application, aerial seeding, or variable-rate project before the start of the operating season as defined by Verdant.
Discount Amount:
Customers will receive a $1.00 per-acre discount on all acres included in the qualifying pre-booked project.Booking Requirements:
The project must be scheduled during Verdant’s designated pre-season booking window.
A minimum project size may apply based on service type and regional availability.
Verdant may require a deposit to confirm the booking; any required deposit will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
Scheduling & Priority:
Pre-season bookings receive priority scheduling, but exact timing is subject to weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, field conditions, and operational capacity.Changes & Cancellations:
Customers may modify or cancel their booking up to a reasonable period before the scheduled service, subject to Verdant’s availability.
Significant reductions in acreage or changes to project scope may affect the discount eligibility.
Cancellations after services have been mobilized may incur fees.
Payment & Invoice:
The pre-season discount will be applied directly to the final invoice after services are completed. Discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for refund or credit toward other services.Non-Transferability:
The discount applies only to the customer, acreage, and project specified at the time of booking and cannot be transferred to other farms, fields, or customers.Limitations:
Discount applies per acre serviced and cannot be combined with other promotional pricing unless explicitly stated.
Verdant reserves the right to verify acreage and adjust pricing accordingly.
Program Changes:
Verdant may modify or discontinue the pre-season booking program at any time. Discounts earned on confirmed bookings prior to program changes will still be honored.
Large Acreage
Eligibility:
Bulk discount pricing applies to all customers who book aerial applications, aerial seeding, or variable-rate projects with Verdant during the current operating season.
Seasonally Cumulative Acres:
Acreage is cumulative per customer per season. All completed and invoiced acres throughout the season count toward the discount tiers.Discount Tiers:
1,000+ total acres: $1.00 off per acre (applied retroactively to all eligible acres).
3,000+ total acres: $2.00 off per acre (applied retroactively to all eligible acres).
Retroactive Pricing Adjustments:
When a customer crosses a discount threshold during the season, Verdant will adjust pricing for the entire season’s eligible acres at the new tier rate. Adjustments will appear as credits on the next invoice or as a season-end reconciliation.Qualifying Acres:
Only acres successfully completed and billed by Verdant count toward cumulative totals.
Acres that are scheduled but not serviced, cancelled, or significantly reduced do not count toward tier thresholds.
Non-Transferability:
Acreage cannot be combined across multiple customers, farms, or business entities unless approved by Verdant in writing.Payment & Invoicing:
Discount credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for refund. Credits apply only toward Verdant services.Program Limitations:
Bulk discounts cannot be combined with other promotional or referral discounts unless explicitly stated.
Verdant reserves the right to verify acreage totals and adjust credits accordingly.
Program Changes:
Verdant may modify or discontinue the bulk discount program at any time. Any discount tier already achieved prior to program changes will be honored for that season.
